VoIP call (RTP/UDP package) cannot work in ChromeBook

Reported by cuiyun1...@gmail.com, Sep 23 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.8; rv:47.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/47.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. ChromeBook connect to Corp Wi-Fi.
2. install Cisco Jabber for Android app in ChromeBook.
3. Make a Jabber VoIP call.

What is the expected behavior?
the audio and video should work for the VoIP call.

What went wrong?
It is single voice, Jabber can send Audio RTP package (UDP) to remote side, but remote side cannot forward Audio RTP package to Jabber.

Analysis:
as it is ARC mode, Jabber cannot get Corp Wi-Fi Local IP Address 10.140.25.125, but internal interface "arc0" IP Address 192.168.254.2. since voice RTP package is UDP, ChromeBook cannot forward the RTP package to internal IP Address 192.168.254.2.

'arc0' ipaddress : '192.168.254.2' up_status : 1 runningFlag : 1 type_loopback : 0

So please comment how does ChromeBook support the case.

And more, whether the Cisco Jabber for Android app can obtain the Corp Wi-Fi IP Address 10.140.25.125 as local IP address. if yes, how to obtain? and whether it support RTP/UDP package for the IP Address, for example, could Jabber allocate RTP/UDP package port 31256 on this IP Address 10.140.25.125, and remote side can send RTP/UDP package to 10.140.25.125:31256.
