add metadata to ninja_log to point out related compiler_proxy.INFO.

To investigate ninja_log, it should be useful to make it point out related compiler_proxy.INFO.

It seems to be inside the gz file but I feel it easy to find them if it is in metadata because gsutil -L shows us that.
