MD Settings: Incorrect separator colors

Per the SPEC-settings_cards.png spec, separator colors should be:

full-width: rgba(0, 0, 0, .14)
indented:   rgba(0, 0, 0, .05)

Instead, cr- and settings- use rgba(0, 0, 0, .06) for both types of separators.
