Issue description

features: what does it do? why do we need it?
not letting me sign  into my yahoo account
bugs: repro steps (I did X and expected Y but Z happened!)

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from login.yahoo.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). NET::ERR_CERTIFICATE_TRANSPARENCY_REQUIRED

I can login using Firefox.....

It would sound like you're building a custom version of Chromium/libcontent, but further information is needed to confirm that.
