Chrome ignores frequent link clicks

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open http://tigra.mobi/yellow.html
(2) Click on link frequently (maybe 4 - 5 clicks / sec)

What is the expected output?
Link should open when user clicks on the link

What do you see instead?
Chrome ignores clicks

I imagine it could be fallout. However I don't have a better solution to prevent the false network requests that it was fixing.
