What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Hit 'reply all' in mail message
2. Click '...' button to reveal entire message so you can reply inline

What is the expected result?
Not see the scribble on top of the send button 

What happens instead of that?
There's a scribble on top of the send button

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Some other things that might help debug: 
- The message contains Korean characters
- When you scroll near the 'send' button the scribble goes away a bit and there's a font icon underneath it (and underlined 'A') OR an icon that represents an attachment
- The email thread does contain an attachment
- When I scroll all the way down to the end of the message the scribble goes away (i.e. looks normal)
- I can't repro this with other messages and they do not contain Korean characters
