Show build stage times in the master-pfq "Slaves timeline"

Project Member Reported by steve...@chromium.org, Sep 22 2016

Issue description

The "Slaves timeline" graph in the master-pfq build page is super useful.

It would be even more super useful if it showed the stage times for each slave as well.

Currently each slave has a different color, which is pretty but not really necessary. Color coding each stage within each slave would be more valuable.

This would allow us to easily identify which stage is responsible when we see a slowdown.

Oh, and while I am making feature requests, it would be more useful to have delta times along the x axis than actual times.

Assigning to Aviv for triaging.

I think this is already done. Check out https://viceroy.corp.google.com/chromeos/build_details

You can navigate to the master build of your choice, and you can navigate from master to slave. On the slave, you can see stage timeline.
