Issue description
Chrome Version : 53.0.2785.116
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open DevTools on a site that has a running Service Worker
2. Use console.log in the Service Worker to log something during an event, like activate or fetch
3. Observe that no messages will be logged to the Console.
What is the expected result?
Messages should appear in the console (when show all messages is toggled).
What happens instead of that?
Messages don't appear.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
