In Edit bookmarks overlay, URL textfield background is red even for valid input.

Issue descriptionVersion: 55.0.2868.0 (Official Build) b22235a16193be6cfa6e199a5c7a2427a7b505e6-refs/heads/master@{#420217} (64-bit) OS: Mac (10.10.5, 10.11.5) What steps will reproduce the problem? 1) Launch chrome, go to NTP and bookmark the page. 2) Right click on bookmark added and clear the URL field and press Tab key (URL field background turns red). 3) Now keep pressing Tab key such that focus is in URL field. 4) Type some text in URL field and observe. On entering text in URL field, text field background is red. On entering text in URL field, text field background should not be red. This is a Non-Regression issue seen from M-30 series (Chrome version: 30.0.1159.0) Note: Issue is not seen on Windows and Linux OS.
