What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome 
(2) Open Device Toolbar, choose Nexus 5X (though this issue occurs on other device options as well)
(3) Open http://embed.plnkr.co/0eUmbAiD5rwIjIpWK4Wb/ and close code window if necessary (for better view)
(4) Click on icon on the upper left (this is the blue triangle icon) near the top-most making sure the circle of the cursor goes over a little bit to the top of the ad. (Majority of the cursor should be on the icon)


What is the expected result?
It should open a window to speedtest.net
This is the onclick event of span#te-icon

What happens instead?
It opens a window to http://buy.thewitcher.com/en_us/w3
This is the onclick event of div#ad


Additional information:
span#teicon is positioned over the containers (divs and an iframe) that hold div#ad. 
div#ad does not have a z-index, the span#teicon has z-index of 100002.
