airforcetimes renders incorrectly

Issue description

Chrome Version       : 54.0.2840.24 / 55.0.2862.3
OS Version: 8743.25.0 & 8816.0

Repro on veyron_minnie: 55.0.2842.0 / 8753.0.0
Repro on peach_pi: 54.0.2822.0 / 8687.0.0
No repro on: samus 52.0.2743.116 / 8350.68.0

The {{#if published stuff is some sort of script language in the page source which doesn't look to be getting properly processed so it renders as text.

If you pop up the dev console is there any sort of JS error when this happens?

I don't think this is a layout issue.  More likely something about the affected devices exposing a bug in the page.

Looks like it's Handlebars to me (http://handlebarsjs.com/). There's some script presumably that is failing to load or execute on some new version of Chrome, which means that the handlebars directives are never replaced.

Ah, actually, given that log, looks like perhaps a change in HTTPS policy causing some required resource to not load. +emilyschecter
