Regression:Google sheet is not displayed properly after viewing it from task bar.

Chrome Version: 55.0.2868.0 (Official Build)b22235a16193be6cfa6e199a5c7a2427a7b505e6-refs/heads/master@{#420217} 32/64-bit.
OS:Windows(7,8,8.1,10)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,navigate to chrome://apps/ and click on 'google sheets' app.
(2)Login with valid credentials and click on blank sheet.
(2)Now drag the tab out from original window and hover mouse on google icon of task bar,observe the sheet.

Actual: Google sheet is not displayed properly after viewing it from task bar.

Expected: Google sheet should be properly displayed after viewing it from task bar.

This is a regression issue broken in 'M50' and will soon update other info.

Looks like DWM is using nearest neighbor interpolation here. I'll have to see if switching to linear sampling has acceptable performance (and improves quality).
