Regression : Flickering of 'About chrome' button is seen after clicking on side navigation menu icon in chrome://md-settings page.

Version: 55.0.2868.0 b22235a16193be6cfa6e199a5c7a2427a7b505e6-refs/heads/master@{#420217} (64-bit)
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/printing
2. Now click on 'Menu' icon and observe 'About chrome' tab at the bottom end in side navigation menu 

Actual: Flickering of 'About chrome' button is seen after clicking on side navigation menu icon.
Expected: Flickering of 'About chrome' button should not be seen after clicking on side navigation menu icon.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 55’ and below is manual regression and will soon update other info

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 55.0.2853.0 (Revision: 416182).
Bad build: 55.0.2854.0 (Revision: 417283).

You are probably looking for a change made after 416959 (known good), but no later than 416960 (first known bad).

Just to to update the latest behavior of the bug, Issue is still observed on chrome latest Dev M56-56.0.2891.0.

dbeam@ Could you please let us know is there any recent update available on this issue?
