What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Got to https://scotthelme.co.uk
2. Note there are no (or few) CSP errors in the console.
3. Restart Chrome by using chrome://restart in a new tab.
4. Check the original tab that loaded https://scotthelme.co.uk
5. There are many CSP errors now on that tab related to nonces.

What is the expected result?
There should be no new CSP errors on the original tab that loaded https://scotthelme.co.uk

What happens instead of that?
There are new CSP errors on the original tab that loaded https://scotthelme.co.uk
