1. Move the pointer with devices which support subpixel coordinates (e.g. styluses)
2. client* and screen* coordinates lose subpixel precision

I'm not sure this behavior is wrong, but we are developing a painting app and need subpixel coordinate values.
MS Edge supports this but looks like Firefox doesn't support it.
