Wacom should report pressure in PointerEvent

Using a Wacom Intuos tablet on my macOS 10.11.6 running Chrome Canary 55.0.2861.0, PointerEvents are reporting the default pressure (.5).  On Firefox 49.0a2 (2016-07-27), they report pressure.

Chrome should report pressure for Wacom tablet stylii.

My mistake - I think these were being generated by the PEP polyfill in an instance of Chrome with PointerEvents disabled.  Having a hard time keeping all these tabs straight.  Sorry!
