Chrome screen locked by popup

Hit twice by a popup from allegedly disabled website .com that locks chrome screen ; running hitman, avg, malwarebytes, norton, etc seems to neutralize over time; remainder of functionality so far appears unaffected ; have reset chrome settings as indicated  - what to do?

Hello-- Can you provide more details about the problem you've encountered? What is the URL of the site? What specifically do you mean by "locks Chrome screen"? Can you share a screenshot or video showing the problem?
