Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8530.81.0 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Attempt to save a file. Prompt with local storage saving appears with no option for saving to Google Drive. If forced under Domain-wide 'User Settings' to only allow saving to Google Drive, downloads automatically fail. As do screenshots as they are saved to Drive as well. What is the expected behavior? Having both Google Drive and local storage as options for saving downloaded files. What went wrong? Google Drive is not working in Chrome OS as intended after Chrome OS release 53. Did this work before? Yes Before latest Chrome OS update Chrome version: 53.0.2785.103 Channel: stable OS Version: 53.0.2785.103 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 Please revert this change.

Additional symptoms found: After reverting back to Chrome OS 52, when Google Drive is working, uploads fail with error 'unable to upload file, please remove the file and try again.' Some users are experiencing flashing black screens for several seconds before being automatically logged out with all of their user settings, extensions, and profile s reset.
