Update suspected CLs for builds in a group but don't have a direct try job.

1. If when add this build to group, the try job for this group is not completed, don’t need to do anything then but wait for the try job finishes and then add this build to WfSuspectedCL 
  a. Need to go through builds in a group and add all builds in the group to WfSuspectedCL. 
  b. Need to update analysis.suspected_cls for each build in group
2. If try job has completed, we need to add the build directly to the result when add it to group.
