That CL fixed a regression introduced on Sep 20. Probably this Nexus5/5x issue is different problem. Anyway I'll take a look.

page_cycler_v2 has been disabled entirely on Nexus 5X since http://crrev.com/2030243003/.

https://crbug.com/616781#c10 was fixed in https://crrev.com/2042723002/.
I think we can re-enable it on non-webview Nexus 5X. WebView is still blocked on  https://crbug.com/651188 .
