Issue descriptionandroid_webview_test_apk logcat won't load due to that error. I and Kevin discussed progressive output ala logdog for Swarming, that would be in Swarming's polymer UI. The same should be implemented in Isolate.

Note: we added logdog support for logcats, but they're currently not advertised well. Look at the bottom of the test stdout: INFO:root:Logcats are located at: https://luci-logdog.appspot.com/v/?s=chromium%2Fandroid%2Fswarming%2Flogcats%2F3166420383550d11%2F%2B%2Funified_logcats https://luci-logdog.appspot.com/v/?s=chromium%2Fandroid%2Fswarming%2Flogcats%2F3166420383550d11%2F%2B%2Funified_logcats should load okay
