Harmony - cookies dialog does not clear content when select blocked tab |

Issue descriptionVersion: 55.0.2867.0 OS: 10.12 What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) In a new tab perform a Google search (2) Click lock icon (3) Click cookies link in OIB (4) Expand google.com in table (5) Expand Cookies in table (6) Expand NID in the table (7) Click the Blocked tab What is the expected output? The Content and other cookie info that appears when I clicked NID should be erased from the textfields at the bottom of the dialog What do you see instead? All of the NID content remains visible at the bottom of the dialog. Technically the table does not have a selection but the fields at the bottom of the dialog are filled in as if it does have a selection Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
