Anchors not working

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.27 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
http://websimsports.com/Profile/54368/DDLC-B2

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to the url
2. Click on the Stats link
3. Should point to the #lgPlyStats anchor but it does not

What is the expected behavior?
To go to the anchor. It's working on all other browsers and was working fine before the latest chrome update.

What went wrong?
Not going to the anchor.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? Yes Just before this release

Does this work in other browsers? N/A 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.27  Channel: beta
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Could you please help us with more details, as of now when I navigate to page "http://websimsports.com/Profile/54368/DDLC-B2" and Click on Link "Stats" it navigates to the page "http://websimsports.com/Stats/"

Verified on chrome version 55.0.2867.0 on Windows 10, MAC 10.11.5

Same behavior is seen on FF and Safari as well. Attached is a screen shot for the same. 

Request you to please check and confirm.

Not clicking on the right Stats button.

It's the white one lower in the page. See screenshot.

Could you please check on canary build 55.0.2868.3 as this is working fine here on Windows 10. Attached screen shot for the same. Request you to please try the same and update us accordingly.

Removing bisect label. Please add if not the case.
