Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8530.81.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.103 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8530.81.0 (Official Build) stable-channel link Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open several memory hungry apps/extensions like Google Play Music, Mosh, WhatsChrome, Telegram, Inbox, Slack and a few browser tabs 2. Wait until it starts to lag and crash 3. Be forced to reload all apps/extensions/tabs What is the expected behavior? The Chromebook should just work. What went wrong? I cannot reliably use my Chromebook Pixel 2013 anymore since the update from 52 to 53. This never occured before. It happens on a daily basis now. Crashed report ID: 6fb2044d00000000 How much crashed? Whole browser Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? Yes Before updating to ChromeOS revision 53. Chrome version: 53.0.2785.103 Channel: stable OS Version: 8530.81.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 I suspect that the device runs out of memory and fails to swap out stuff that isn't needed right now. I am available for further testing. |
