Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open developer tools and set mobile device toolbar visible and select Nexus6p
2. open https://www.morhipo.com/uyelik
3. Try to select values from dropdown below "Doğum Tarihiniz*"

What is the expected behavior?
Dropdown items should be visible and able to be selected. 

What went wrong?
Dropdown items not seen , black box is seen.

Chrome version: 55.0.2867.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

This issue can be seen on stable to canary on Chrome, but not in Firefox, Edge browsers.
