Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Dev Tools (Elements view) on any page
2. Move mouse around on elements inside Dev Tools
3. Black background appears in Elements panel (other panels as well with moving mouse around inside them)

What is the expected behavior?
Moving mouse around, selecting elements, should not trigger black background appearing

What went wrong?
After working with Dev Tools for a while (random time) black background appears and you have to reopen Dev Tools.
