Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 55.0.2866.0 (Revision: 419628).
Bad build: 55.0.2867.0 (Revision: 419930).

You are probably looking for a change made after 419663 (known good), but no later than 419664 (first known bad).

When you re-open the dialog, there is no in-flight resetting operation (since you waited long enough the first time for the operation to finish and the dialog to close on its own), so both Reset and Cancel are enabled. The only minor bug is that the spinner is visible for a split of a second and then it disappears, but other than that this is WAI.
