Issue description
UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.113 Safari/537.36
Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Execute this line of Javascript in Console,
new Intl.NumberFormat('en-SG', {style:'currency', currencyCode: 'symbol', currency: 'SGD'}).format(1234.56)
What is the expected behavior?
$12,345.56
What went wrong?
Actual Result is coming in Currency Code instead of Symbol,
SGD1,234.56

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.113 Channel: n/a
OS Version: OS X 10.11.6
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

I believe this issue is likely to have been resolved by https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/576113/ , though I have not tested it.
