UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Download any one file like excel, image etc.
2. Look at bottom - click on upward arrow, here system is disabled the cancel button.

What is the expected behavior?
System should have to enabled "cancel" option.

What went wrong?
Due to cancel option is disabled user is not able to see all previous downloaded file immediately
