What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Download any one file like excel, image etc.
(2) Look bottom - Click on upward arrow, here arrow open options and change arrow sign to downward
(3) Click on downward sign, here arrow still show option 

What is the expected result?
Browser should have to close option when user click on downward arrow sign.

What happens instead?
