PointerEvent pressure defaults to 1; should be .5 |

Issue descriptionAccording to the PointerEvent spec, pointers without pressure should report the pressure:.5 while the pointer is down and 0 while it's up: https://w3c.github.io/pointerevents/#pointerevent-interface If I tap with my Wacom tablet or click my Mac's trackpad, I see pressure: 1 in Chrome Canary v55.0.2861.0: http://codepen.io/appsforartists/full/gwLWVE/
