Does that devserver call have a retry? We do sometimes see high dev server load, but ideally that shouldn't necessarily cause a failure. The timeout appears to only be 2 seconds.

Any idea why we are only recently starting to see this?

+akeshet@ - Any thoughts on why we are starting to see this particular failure recently?

Components: -Infra Infra>Client>ChromeOS
[It appears that a bunch of old cros issues bulk-added the "Infra" component recently, but they should probably be "Infra>Client>ChromeOS".]
