Scrollbars are hidden after changing iframe's display ("" -> "none" -> "")

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a document with iframe
2. Create a document for iframe with some height or width. The width/height of the inner document should be more than the width/height of iframe element. Scrollbar(s) should be visible.
3. Set iframe to display:"none".
4. Delay
5. Set iframe to display:"" (default).

What is the expected behavior?
Scrollbars should be visible.

What went wrong?
Scrollbars are hidden.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? No Opera (WebKit)

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Example:
1) Open HtmlA.html. HtmlB.html must be in the same directory as HtmlA.html.
2) Click "Hide"
3) Click "Show"
