What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. build amd64-generic image
2. flash it to usb stick
3. plug in USB ethernet
4. boot it
5. go to second OOBE screen where you "Connect to network"
6. see Ethernet listed as connected
7. wait?

What is the expected result?
the screen should have automatically moved on to the login screen since ethernet/network was available

What happens instead of that?
the user is forced to click on the ethernet option
