[B1758] Install Gru EVT and servo

Steps:
  Verify device (asset tag: C059991) powers on and boots
  Switch to dev mode
  Install ToT test image
  Add servo and servo cable
  Install into open spot 
  Run network_WiFi_VerifyRouter
  Run platform_InstallTestImage
  Add to autotest with labels: gru, board:gru, pool:wificell, wificell, conductive:False, servo
  Update spreadsheet
  Update wifi_release script

The GRU device failed to switch to dev mode.
Just checked with firmware group that the device is not stable and needs to wait for new FW.
