Make global zoom an quick and easy operation |
||||
Issue descriptionThe new zoom setting on chrome://md-settings/ is good. Being able to easily set the zoom is useful for both: - people that use Chrome on different resolution monitors - people that need larger sizes in the evening -- (when the light is lower and one's pupils are more dilated) It would be more useful if it was immediately available as a single click button or slider. Would you kindly provide some kind of mechanism to easy/quick set the global zoom? This could be implemented via a button, slider, or implementable in an extension. Thanks! Thanks!

@bstell, could you clarify the request? Is this for zoom settings in Appearance > Page Zoom, and if so what is your concern with the existing dropdown?

Currently one has to click on the "Customize and control Google Chrome" then click on "Settings" then scroll to the bottom then click on "Show advanced settingsā¦" then scroll down then click on the "Page zoom:" drop down then chose a new zoom. Quite a few steps.

It could be implemented as an extension. |
