Window spread for multiple Chrome windows works intermittently in Unity

Reported by ziosombr...@gmail.com, Sep 20 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. open two or more Chrome windows
2. press and hold the Super (Windows) key and press the tab key until the Chrome icon is highlighted
3. release both button

What is the expected behavior?
when I release the buttons I should see a window spread wiew of all my open Chrome windows.

What went wrong?
this feature does not work most of the time. I have to do it multiple times to make it work

Did this work before? Yes version 51

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116 Channel: stable
OS Version: Ubuntu 16.04
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

You don't have to press alt, but super + tab key until the icon is
highlighted, then release the tab key. Sorry if I typed wrong.

Able to reproduce with the super key instead of alt. Sorry, I should have read your post in more detail

Downgrading P2s that haven't been modified in more than 6 months, which have no component or owner.
