Title bar when focused remains (a different shade of) grey

Issue description
Chrome Version : <53.0.2785.116 (Build oficial) m (32 bits)
URLs (if applicable) : all
Other browsers tested: N/A
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari: PASS/FAIL (Version)
Firefox: PASS/FAIL (Version)
IE: PASS/FAIL (Version)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open Chrome
(2) Title bar always remains grey, even when focused
(3)
What is the expected result?
Should be like older versions, when focused, title bar turns into a brighter/blueish color
What happens instead?
Always stays red
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Already installed a theme to avoid it, and not sure how to remove my theme right now, but I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.

The screenshots provided show that the title-bar color changes as the browser gets focus; you're correct to note that the focused color is just a different shade of grey. I believe that this is working as intended (assigning to component for triage), and that you should use a theme if you want different behavior.
