XHR Calls being cancelled on page refresh

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Example URL:

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Login to site for the first time content will load correctly
2. refresh the page via F5, Refresh Button, or Right-click-reload
3. Content not loaded, using Developer Tools, random XHR calls are being cancelled 

What is the expected behavior?
Site should load.  working correctly in 53.0.2785.101 (Official Build) m (32-bit)

What went wrong?
Site content is not loaded

Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.27  Channel: beta
OS Version: 6.3
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Could you please attach any screenshot and link to any specific URL where the issue is seen  consistently.
providing the URL won't help as you need to login to our site.  and it is a financial advising site.  cannot provide any.  was there any other issue raised regarding this?

Do you mean existing XHR connections are cancelled on page refresh, or newly created XHR connections after the page refresh are cancelled automatically?

Anyway, I would appreciate if you could give a reproducible example.
