Regression: Screenshot is seen missing in ReportAnIssue overlay.

Version: 55.0.2862.3/8818.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel Daisy,Blaze,Mighty

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome>>Hit Alt+shift+I for Reportanissue overlay and Observe for screenshot

Expected:Screenshot should be seen in Reportanissue overlay.
Actual: Instead screenshot is seen missing

This is a Regression issue as it is working fine in M53: 53.0.2785.123/8530.87.0 (Official Build) stable-channel Daisy

Note: Issue is not seen in Peppy device with today's build

Issue is not seen in Linux and Windows.

Able to reproduce the issue on Blaze using chrome version 55.0.2862.3/8818.0.0.

Any update on this? This is marked as a stable blocker and we are nearing R55 stable, this bug has not been updated in over a month.

Just noticed this; I've been working outside of crbug and don't seem to have any emails about this bug... :( I'm setting up a cros build now to take a look, but don't have a ton of bandwidth to dig into this.

+afakhry, who owns current feedback and may have seen this before.

I don't have any of the devices mentioned in #0. I have a daisy_skate though.

I can't repro on:
- 55.0.2875.0 / 8757.0.0 daisy_skate
- 55.0.2883.51 / 8872.52.0 daisy_skate
- ToT on ChromeOS Linux Build

I think this regression was likely something in blink and it was already fixed.
Please reopen if it's still an happening.
