Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Access https://soundcloud.com/stream
2. Play any music
3. Click on the waveform

What is the expected behavior?
Waveforms should be clickable and it should react to mouse hovering

What went wrong?
I can't click on waveform and waveform doesn't react to mouse hovering. The problem is chromium itself

Does it occur on multiple sites: No

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes It was working beore august 2016 updates. I forgot which version was working

Does this work in other browsers? Yes 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.89  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Waveforms are clickable on other browsers, Internet Explorer, Edge and other non-chromium based browsers.

I have contacted customer supprt but they don't respond
