Regression: Wrong message is seen while network setup in OOBE screen

Version: 55.0.2862.3/8818.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel Daisy, Peppy, Blaze, Mighty
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Recover OS via USB>> go to network setup overlay>> try to connect to the Wifi router which we are using>> give password>> and observe

Expected: After giving password it should not show as "connected in green color" as it is still connecting to network (It should show connecting)

Actual: Instead its showing "connected in green color" even it is still connecting to network (Please refer video)

This is a Regression issue as it is showing connecting while network setup in M53: 53.0.2785.123/8530.87.0 (Official Build) stable-channel Daisy

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

Able to reproduce the issue on Chrome OS (Blaze) Version: 55.0.2862.3/8818.0.0. Observed the WiFi status saying already connected while it's getting connected to network.

Is this the MD OOBE screen? There may be a bug with the MD network list, in which case you can assign this to me.
