Steps to reproduce the problem:
Tried to see if something is wrong with the language settings but there isn't.

What is the expected behavior?
Chinese characters should appear when I have the Chinese language pack selected and am typing.

What went wrong?
Chinese characters do not appear when I'm using Google Chrome so I'm having to type in a Word document and copy and paste.

Did this work before? Yes This was working until last Saturday.
