Regression: [DevTools] Default blue highlight is not seen on 'Profiles' section.

Issue description

Chrome Version: 55.0.2866.0 Revision 5237db09cd8a30328742e4f6b1ee2edb692e936b-refs/heads/master@{#419628}
OS: Windows (7, 8, 10), Linux (14.04 LTS) and Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome, open dev tools window.
(2) Navigate to 'Profiles' section and observe.

Actual: Default blue highlight is not seen on 'Profiles' text.

Expected: Default blue highlight should seen on 'Profiles' text.

This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-55', will soon update the other info:

Good Build: 55.0.2861.0
Bad Build: 55.0.2862.0

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 55.0.2861.0 (Revision: 418732).
Bad build: 55.0.2862.0 (Revision: 419063).

You are probably looking for a change made after 418935 (known good), but no later than 418936 (first known bad).
