Option + t keybinding closes current tab

Reported by sehrgu...@gmail.com, Sep 20 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open tab to Chromium bug report window.
2. Click in a textarea to bring it into focus
3. Press the key combination "option + t".

What is the expected behavior?
The window will remain open, and the "†" symbol will appear in the textarea.

What went wrong?
The tab closed. (I pasted the "†" symbol here and above.)

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116 Channel: stable
OS Version: OS X 10.10.5
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Mac OS uses option and option+shift keystrokes for text entry. No default keybindings — especially keybindings that can lead to user data loss such as closing tabs — should use option and/or shift as their only modifier keys, since these will mask OS-level text entry capabilities.

Okay, I really should've checked that first. It's an undocumented "feature" apparently of a new version of Tabs Outliner ("bookmark and close tab", basically). I'm reporting it there, since it's still evil, but please close this WontFix.
