Unable to reproduce the issue on MAC 10.11.6, Windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04 using chrome reported version #55.0.2865.0 and chrome stable #53.0.2785.116. Attached a screenshot for your reference. Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue. ------------ 1. Went to chrome://settings. 2. Clicked on 'Manage Search engines' button. 3. Able to edit or delete the default links as expected. Reporter@ - Could you please check this issue by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.

Confirmed in 55.0.2866.0. This is the new settings page - tagging with Proj-MaterialDesign-WebUI. So the screenshot provided in #c2 is not the right one, see screencast attached. Note that (while the menu for all of them looks broken right now) clicks only pass through to the background in the middle search engine entry - top and bottom entries take clicks. I've showed the top one working in the screencast.
