CQ seems to be broken??

CQ fails to apply the patch, and then closed the issue? I'm confused :(

It's because refs/heads/master is way behind refs/pending-heads/master, hence recipe roller *thinks* the CL hasn't landed, but it actually had landed, just not rpocessed by gnumbd.
