Table Header Repeated in Print Preview

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Create a html file with two tables with thead sections 2. Separate the tables by <br />s until print preview creates two pages (or use attached file - test.html) 2. Open print preview 3. Scroll to second page 4. Notice second header repeated at top of second page What is the expected behavior? Header should not be present at top of page What went wrong? Header of second table displays at top of page as well as on the table itself. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? Yes 52 Does this work in other browsers? Yes Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
