The missing device (3208cd5005b25183) had a kernel panic. Just reset it.

However looking at the current build: https://uberchromegw.corp.google.com/i/chromium.perf/builders/Android%20Galaxy%20S5%20Perf%20%283%29/builds/3278/steps/device_recovery/logs/stdio  shows 2 more blacklisted.

I reset those as well even though they appeared responsive.
