I just saw this weird chrome icon after syncing the code on veyron_speedy device.

Whoa! Funky!  Are you able to repro?

Yes, I can repo it consistently on veyron_speedy. Desktop build cannot see it. @tdanderson, maybe it is still an old chromeos version issue.

It turns out it is. I should put it on dev channel.
